Email [email protected]. Tell us your lease name and what phone you're on, and we'll get you sorted.

Getting started

• Managers: create your lease, add your stands, then share the invite code from More → Invite members. You approve each person who joins.
• Members: install the app, sign in with your email, then tap Join with a code and enter the code your manager sent.

Common questions

My sign-in code didn't come

Check your spam folder first. Codes are good for an hour; ask for a new one if it's older than that. Still nothing, email us and we'll look it up.

I can't reserve a stand

Leases can limit how far ahead you book and how many hunts you take in a week. Your manager can change both under More → Lease settings.

I'm not getting notifications

Allow notifications for LeaseBOSS in your phone's settings. You won't get a notification for something you did yourself.

I need to leave a lease

Ask your manager to remove you, or delete your account under More → Account.

Our manager quit the lease

The owner can hand the lease to someone else: More → Members → Manage → Make owner.

Deleting your account

In the app: More → Account → Delete account. The delete your account page has the full steps and says exactly what is removed and what stays with your lease.
